Return and Refund Policy

At Skyline Bazaar, we take pride in the quality of our smartwatches, gadgets, and tech accessories. We want you to shop with absolute peace of mind, which is why we offer a transparent and fair Return & Refund Policy if your order doesn't meet expectations.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original, undamaged brand packaging (including box, warranty cards, manuals, and all plastic wrappings/accessories).

2. Return Timeframe & Reporting Window

Because we deal in sensitive electronics, we maintain a strict timeline to ensure fairness and prevent fraudulent claims:

  • Initial Reporting Window: You must report any product faults, transit damages, or discrepancies within 24 hours of delivery. When reporting, you are required to provide a clear photo or video of the product fault along with a picture of your original delivery slip.
  • Final Return Window: Once your claim is logged within the initial 24 hours, the physical product must be returned to us within 5 days from the date it was delivered.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective out of the box, or completely different from what you ordered:

  1. Take a picture of the product highlighting the fault, alongside the delivery slip.

  2. Submit the images immediately via our official WhatsApp support within 24 hours.

  3. Once verified, we will prioritize your claim and coordinate an exchange or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
